All our jewelry is carefully designed and handcrafted. We work only with the best materials, such as beads made of precious and natural stones, responsibly tanned leather, 100% genuine 925 sterling silver, stainless steel, and ultra-strong cords.

If, despite all our care, your jewelry breaks, you can read below how we can help you.

Repair
Beads. If your beaded bracelet breaks, we can usually repair it. This service costs 200 UAH plus 50 UAH for each missing bead. This amount includes the return shipping costs. You are responsible for the cost of sending the bracelet to us. If you want to repair your bracelet, you can register the repair by sending an email to info@looovlooov.com. We will return your repaired bracelet within 2 weeks from the date of receipt.

Warranty
All our bracelets and jewelry come with a 6-month warranty unless otherwise stated. If your jewelry breaks within the warranty period (within 6 months of purchase) due to a manufacturing defect, we will, of course, repair it free of charge. You only need to cover the shipping cost to send the jewelry to us. Our specialists in the repair workshop will assess whether your issue is covered under warranty. If you believe your repair falls under warranty, please first send an email to info@looovlooov.com with a detailed description, a clear photo of the defect, and a picture of the completed warranty card or proof of purchase (receipt or bank statement).

Maintenance
Would you like to enjoy your jewelry for as long as possible? We are happy to give you a few tips:

  • Ensure your jewelry does not come into contact with moisture. Remove it before showering, cleaning, exercising, or sunbathing. Store it in a dry place.
  • If your jewelry gets wet, dry it immediately.
  • Remove jewelry before sleeping.
  • Be careful with perfumes, body lotions, and other cosmetics, as they may cause discoloration. For example, apply perfume first and then put on your jewelry.
  • Dry your hands thoroughly before wearing jewelry.
  • Occasionally polish your jewelry with a special cloth.
